Refunds and Returns

You are welcome to return any unused item within 14 days for a refund. The cost of the product/s returned will be refunded. Postage will not be refunded.

Returned goods must be unused and in a perfect, resaleable condition, in order to receive a refund.

Once the goods arrive back to me, they will be quality-checked to see if they’re still in perfect condition. If the quality is deemed satisfactory, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for funds to transfer.

You are responsible for arranging returns at your cost. I would suggest using Royal Mail’s service via your local Post Office; always requesting a proof of postage receipt. I sadly cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. 

In order to start the return process, please message me using the ‘contact me’ link at the bottom of the page. Include in your message your name, email address, order number, details of the return and billing address. I will then be in touch to provide a return address. Please check your junk folder when awaiting my reply, sometimes my messages fall into junk folders. Annoying I know, but we’re trying to fix it!
